God is doing great things. I held a four month old baby girl this evening. Four months ago her mom came to the clinic, telling us she didn’t feel well and might be pregnant. She had toxemia of pregnancy and a dangerously high blood pressure. We sent her to the county hospital as an OB emergency. They were able to get her toxemia under control. As turns out, she was eight months pregnant and delivered a 2lb 11oz baby within a few days. It was God’s miracle that night. If Mercy Clinic had not been there, both mother and baby would have died – two lives saved! To God be the glory!

The cost of healthcare often prevents those who need it most from receiving it. Through the faithful support of our volunteers and financial partners, we have the privilege of standing in the gap for our neighbors who otherwise could not afford the care many of whom gravely need. We think of Kimberly as our miracle child because God allowed us to be in the right time and place to help save her and her mother’s life.
Merry Christmas, Kimberly! (and to the rest of your family, too!)
