Mercy Clinic was established in October of 2011 to provide free health care, spiritual care and assistance to the underserved population in South Fort Worth. Our patients are uninsured adults residing in the 76110 and 76104 zip codes in Fort Worth, TX, of whom 95% are Hispanic. Mercy Clinic provides wellness checkups, well-woman visits, sick visits, dental extractions, fillings, and root canals and limited laboratory and prescription services.

Eligibility

Who Can Receive Care?

We serve people who are 18 or older, live in 76110 zip code, without health insurance, and with an income not greater than 200% of national poverty level.

Covered by any governmental insurance

Covered by Worker's Comp

Do not live in 76110 or 76104 zip code

Please Bring:

  • Photo ID

  • Proof of residency in zip code 76110 or 76104 (utility bill for current or previous month) 

  • Pay stub, if employed

If it is determined that a patient is eligible to receive health services from another program, the patient will be referred to that program in our community.

*Income verification to determine financial eligibility may be requested, as dictated by the US Federal Poverty Guidelines.
